IDF forces thwarted the smuggling of weapons in the Egyptian border space
The IDF forces earned a skimmer that crossed the Egyptian area to the State of Israel in the Faran division.

IDF Spokesperson:
The military prosecution filed serious indictments today (Monday) against Ezz El-Din Malouf and his three accomplices for carrying out the deadly shooting attack at the Al-Khader Junction, in which the 12-year-old boy Yehoshua Aharon Tuvia Simcha was murdered.
As the indictment states, during the month of December 2024, the four planned to carry out a shooting attack with the aim of causing the deaths of Jews.
On December 11, 2024, in accordance with the plan, Ezz El-Din arrived at the Al-Khader Junction. There, he spotted an Israeli bus and opened fire on it. As a result of the shooting, Yehoshua Aharon Tuvia Simcha was pronounced dead, and additional passengers were injured.
Upon filing the indictments, the Military Prosecution requested the arrest of the defendants, and the Military Court decided to grant the request and order their arrest until the end of the legal proceedings in their case.
The Military Prosecution shares the grief of the Simha family, will continue to accompany the family and the other victims, and grant them all the rights they are entitled to by law.
