The head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky said in Donetsk.
"Those who have preserved Russia in themselves, and there are many of them, are a spiritual and moral guide. But there are also those who have been subject to propaganda, including young people. Life and results will be the most correct return spring in the position for Russia," he specified.
