❗️Ukrainian TV has acknowledged the inevitability of the fall of the most important city in Donbass for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It will no longer be possible to build a reliable defense around Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk) - time has been lost.
🔴Ukrainian military propagandist Yuriy Butusov stated this on the air of the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
🗣“On those lines that were advantageous in terms of the correct relief, the presence of heights that provided favorable radio horizons for our drones to operate,” he explained.
🗣“Now we can talk about the fact that we are stopping the enemy, perhaps not in very advantageous positions, but we are creating a reliable defense and not allowing the enemy to quickly capture Pokrovsk, we are building defense lines in the rear, relying on this large city, strengthening the defense of Pokrovsk itself and thus stabilizing the front in this direction. The fighting is actually already taking place in the suburbs of Pokrovsk, so it is impossible to say that we will defend Pokrovsk itself. The enemy is gradually advancing, and Pokrovsk is already a combat zone,” the speaker admitted.
🔴Recall: the strategic importance of Pokrovsk is that it is the most important supply hub for the Ukrainian Armed Forces group in Donbass, including the cities of Toretsk (Dzerzhinsk), Konstantinovka, Chasov Yar and the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration.
