The Council of Ministers issues a number of decisions
1- Increasing the total cost and the amount of reserves for the project (rehabilitation of the road linking the Imam (PBUH) bridge to the Shalamjah border port) in Basra Governorate.
2- The creation of the component of the electrical current delivery project for the Al-Rifai sewage project in Dhi Qar Governorate, and the increase in the total cost and the amount of reserves for the main project.
3- Developing the component of the project (implementing the remaining works of the Balad/ Salahuddin water project), within the components of the project (Water of the country/ Salah al-Din), and increasing the total cost and the amount of reserves for the main project.
4- Increasing the amount of reserves for a contract (the component of the construction of the headquarters of the Chaldean Patriarchate and the creation of its requirements (the attachment of the first contract) installed within the project of establishing the Patriarchate headquarters, and the creation of the component of the furniture of the headquarters of the Patriarchate.
5- Amending the costs of the components of the project to complete the Salah al-Din Al-Hurriya station 1260 MW, and exploit the remaining amount of the component of rehabilitation and rehabilitation to finance the component
Administration, training, operation and development of the Salah al -Din Hands Station, without downloading additional Iraqi frameworks for additional sums.
6- Increasing the total costs and reserve amounts for sewage and sewage projects and lines carried in the districts of Al-Saladi, and Shafi’i, and dedicated to Diwaniyah Governorate.
Within the follow -up of the implementation of the projects, the special recommendation was approved regarding the contracting method in Salah al -Din Governorate, in accordance with the provisions of the Budget Law, the instructions of direct implementation and instructions for implementing business in the implementation method of trust.
The Council approved amending its decision, No. 300 of 2022, to include the first paragraph of the decision (the Ministry of Finance bears the amount of interest on the loan subject to the research granted by the Iraqi Bank for Trade in the interest of the Iraqi Football Association, and to extinguish the amount of the interest resulting from the federation).
In foreign relations affairs, the Council of Ministers agreed to enforce the memorandum of understanding for mutual exemption from the entry visa for diplomatic passports holders between the Republic of Iraq and the Kingdom of Morocco, and the Council approved the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the opening of a public consulate for the Republic of India in the Najaf Governorate.
The Council of Ministers approved a draft law to ratify an agreement on air services between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the Jordanian government, and refer it to the House of Representatives based on the constitution.
