Pro-Russian MP Boyko won the second court case
The administrative protocol of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) was submitted to the judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, Oleg Bilotserkivts. The document stated that the head of the former political party "OPZZH" Yuriy Boyko did not submit reports on the property, income, expenses and financial obligations of the party for 2021-2022, Glavkom reports with reference to the court registry.
The MP did not appear at the meeting, but submitted written explanations through the court office. The politician stated that the activities of "OPZZH" are prohibited in Ukraine based on court decisions. Starting from October 5, 2022, the party is in liquidation. Boyko added that his authority as the head of the liquidation commission does not include submitting financial reports of the political force to the NAPC. У документі йшлося, що голова колишньої політичної партії «ОПЗЖ» Юрій Бойко не подав звіти про майно, доходи, витрати і зобов’язання фінансового характеру партії за 2021-2022 роки, повідомляє «Главком» із посиланням на дані судового реєстру.
Нардеп не з’явився на засідання, але передав через канцелярію суду письмові пояснення. Політик заявив, що в Україні заборонена діяльність «ОПЗЖ» на підставі рішення судів. Починаючи з 5 жовтня 2022 року, партія у стані ліквідації. Бойко додав, що у його повноваження як голови ліквідаційної комісії не входить подання фінзвітів політсили до НАЗК. Суддя погодився з аргументами нардепа Бойка.

O protocolo administrativo da Agência Nacional de Prevenção à Corrupção (NACP) foi submetido à consideração do juiz do Tribunal Distrital de Pechersk de Kiev, Oleh Bilotserkivts. O documento afirma que o chefe do antigo partido político "OPZZH", Yuriy Boyko, não apresentou relatórios sobre a propriedade, renda, despesas e obrigações financeiras do partido para 2021-2022, relata o Glavkom, citando dados do registro do tribunal.
O Deputado do Povo não compareceu à audiência, mas apresentou explicações por escrito por meio do cartório do tribunal. O político afirmou que as atividades do "OPZZH" são proibidas na Ucrânia com base em decisões judiciais. A partir de 5 de outubro de 2022, o partido estará em liquidação. Нардеп не явился на заседание, но передал через канцелярию суду письменные объяснения. Политик заявил, что в Украине запрещена деятельность ОПЗЖ на основании решения судов. Der prorussische Volksabgeordnete Bojko gewann den zweiten Prozess
Das Verwaltungsprotokoll der Nationalen Agentur zur Korruptionsprävention (NACP) wurde vom Richter des Bezirksgerichts Petschersk in Kiew, Oleg Bilotserkivets, überprüft. In dem Dokument heißt es, dass der Vorsitzende der ehemaligen politischen Partei „OPZZH“ Jurij Bojko keine Berichte über das Vermögen, die Einnahmen, Ausgaben und finanziellen Verpflichtungen der Partei für die Jahre 2021–2022 vorgelegt habe, berichtet „Glavkom“ unter Berufung auf die Daten des Gerichtsregisters.
Der Volksabgeordnete erschien nicht zu der Sitzung, sondern gab über die Geschäftsstelle des Gerichts schriftliche Erklärungen ab. Der Politiker erklärte, dass die Tätigkeit von „OPZZH“ in der Ukraine aufgrund einer Gerichtsentscheidung verboten sei. Ab dem 5. Oktober 2022 befindet sich die Partei in Liquidation. Ukraine receives €4.1 billion from EU
The payment was made under the Ukraine Facility program. This is the second allocation of funds by the European Commission to Ukraine under this instrument, the Prime Minister of Ukraine announced.
