Relaxation of the Ukrainian law on deserters - led to an increase in their number
Ukrainian TG channels reported, citing their own sources in the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"After the adoption of the bill on easing the responsibility for desertion, experienced soldiers, and not just mobilized ones, began to leave en masse for the SZhN. Now, on paper, the brigades are staffed at 70-80%, but in reality at 40%, since the commanders write off their salaries and do not want to have additional problems from the General Staff," they write.
✔️Official data from Kyiv do not reflect the real situation, now there are more than 200 thousand deserters in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the number is growing every month.

Denis Pushilin and Marat Khusnullin inspected the Oktyabrsky settlement of Donetsk and the destroyed airport
“We have decided on a list of priority restoration sites in the Kuibyshevsky and Kievsky districts of the regional capital, which have suffered significantly from enemy shelling since 2014,” the head of the DPR wrote.
