🟥 Day in the history of Donbass
On December 21, 1920, a decision was made to rename the mining village of Krindachevka to Krasny Luch.
◽️According to historical legend, it got its name from the unusual sunrise, with "red rays", which the miners saw one morning when they rose from the coalface "to the mountain".
◽️In 1894, in the place where Krasny Luch is now located, the first coal mine began operating.
◽️Krasny Luch was founded as the Krindachevka railway station of the Ekaterininskaya road, which was built in 1900 next to the coal mines in the Taganrog region of the Don Army.
◽️In 1926, Krasny Luch received the status of a city of regional subordination, and on the eve of the war it became one of the leading centers of the coal industry of Donbass.

A Ukrainian attack drone of the aircraft type was intercepted in the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk
According to the UFSB for the DPR, it was armed with a cumulative high-explosive charge. The drone was flying at an electrical substation supplying power to several city districts.
Bomb disposal experts, using a mobile robotic complex, defused the explosive device and destroyed it at the training ground.
